Rainy Days

It's raining outside these days (what a blessing!) and I say outside because although our building has been flooded a couple times in the last week, we do not need the protection of these umbrellas indoors. Even so, apparently in Cohen Land, one doesn't need an excuse to open up an umbrella. It's just fun.

A child's view of Har Sinai

This video took place around Shavuot time. We were learning all about how b'nei yisrael got the Torah. Gedalya was Moshe and Tzviya was Hashem. They decided this themselves- I had nothing to do with it.

Disclaimer: I know the content of this video is slightly violent which is why I have to say that in no way do we support giving toy guns to children to play with. This is just what happens when you send your innocent children to gan. However, this video also shows the innate pride that a four-year-old can feel for tzahal...and how much fun it is to make shooting noises from your mouth.

One Day Back in February

It's funny to think about rain now that it's already June, but I realized I hadn't posted these pictures yet. As you can see, Miss. T is trying desperately to find a way to open her umbrella inside, even though we already decided we were going to open it when we got outside. In the rain. As you can see, umbrellas are really just for fun anyway. The hat, though, that is really a functional item!

You Can't See Me

Just so you know, Ima did not put us in the laundry baskets. We climbed in willingly. (What you didn't hear two minutes later was, "Ima!! Get me out of here!! I'm stuck!")

Just another day in Kiryat Moshe

This is just a typical day in our house. Mr. G and Miss. T climbing as high as they can to get a closer look at the birds flying by or the occasional tour bus, garbage truck, really any large moving vehicle. Street cleaners also do the trick...

The Proud Builders, Bob and Wendy

Bob and Wendy "The Builder" are working hard to build Yerushalayim. Here they built their second structure, after the Beit Hamikdash, of course!
